Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Ticket purchase & delivery

• Tickets are sold via our online shop at cinema.hetkilux.fi.
• After payment, you receive an email confirmation and a digital ticket (PDF with QR code).
• Tickets are transferable unless stated otherwise on the event page.

2. Pricing & taxes

• All prices are shown in EUR and include Finnish VAT (currently 25.5%) unless specified.
• Receipts/invoices are provided by email.

3. Payment methods

• Card & MobilePay payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Bank transfer payments are made to our Holvi account (IBAN shown at checkout). Orders remain pending until the payment is received.

4. Refunds, cancellations & changes

• Voluntary refunds: Tickets are refundable up to 24 hours before the event unless the event page states a different policy.
• Event cancelled by organiser: Full refund to the original payment method.
• Postponement: Tickets remain valid for the new date; refunds available on request before the new date.
• Weather/technical issues may require time, venue, or programme changes. We aim to notify customers by email and event page updates.

5. Admission & conduct

• We may refuse entry or remove participants for safety reasons or serious disturbance. Unused tickets are not refundable in such cases.
• Children’s access may be restricted by the film’s age rating.

6. Liability

HetkiLux Oy is not liable for indirect damages or losses of personal property at events, except where required by mandatory law.
