What data we process
- Identification: name, email (required for ticket delivery).
- Order details: event, ticket types/quantities, prices, invoice data.
- Payment details: processed by Stripe or Holvi. We do not store full card or bank credentials.
- Technical logs: IP address and basic device info for security and fraud prevention.
Why we process your data (legal bases)
- Contract: to sell and deliver tickets and manage entry.
- Legal obligation: accounting and VAT rules in Finland.
- Legitimate interest: preventing abuse, improving the service, sending critical event updates.
Where data is stored
- Ticketing data is stored in our Pretix system hosted in the EU (Hetzner, Finland).
- Payment data is processed by Stripe and/or Holvi under their own terms and security frameworks.
Retention
- Order & invoice data: up to 36 months (or longer if required by Finnish accounting law).
- Support emails: up to 24 months.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or data portability where applicable. Contact us at support@hetkilux.fi. You may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.

Our ticket shop uses essential cookies for session and security purposes. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
